We had been looking for a nice place on the water for about a year and never found one we liked.  Then we found Jen Thomasson.  Jen showed us three homes and the last one was perfect, bay front with a 300’ pier.  We had to have it and Jen worked with us every step of the way to purchase this home.  She took care of getting everything in place for us from water, to electric, HOA, short term rental and tie up all the loose ends of our purchase.  Everything we asked for Jen made sure was taken care of, she was with us every step of the way.

Johnny on the Spot

We met Jen in February of 2020 while searching for a second home in Rockport...after being stood up by one of the many other Realtors in the area.  When we explained what we were looking for she was “Johnny on the Spot” sending us homes daily to look at online.  She was very honest in telling us the pros and cons of each home and area.  Our criteria was very similar to what many were and still are looking for... 3/2 close to everything, less than ten years old, well maintained and in the $200k-$300k range.  The homes would hit the market and sell in days, often before we could look at them.  After a couple of weeks of let downs she called us about one and in her very no pressure sales manner, said “I found your house, but you better hurry!”  We immediately drove down, put in under contract and closed a couple of weeks later.  Jen barely knew us and we had only met her once, but she figured out instantly what we would or wouldn’t buy.  We didn’t buy one of the Rockport mansions, but she still treated us like we were buying a million dollar home.  The home we purchase has also increased in value by 25% in twelve months.  She did her job.  The best part is now she is one of our very best friends that we very frequently share dinner, drinks or a fishing trip with.  If you are looking for a Realtor that isn’t do this as a side gig, knows the area, values, can read your mind and absolutely puts no sales pressure on you...she is your gal!  STOP looking elsewhere, you will NOT be disappointed!
